Signs or Symptoms of Panic Attacks

The common panic attack is a sudden onset of increased anxiety that results in intense fear as well as palpitations, sweating, shortness of breath and trembling. This can occur at completely random times, and can have no obvious trigger. Often after the first panic attack, the person can develop a fear of where that panic attack took place resulting in more panic attacks in the same general area in the future.
