Health and Fitness with Motivation is created and maintained by myself, Brett Ranton and my partner in crime Sarah Reynolds. Together we share a wealth of experience in both effective weight loss methods and also effective workout plans among other things. We came together because we believe we have the information to help people out there who are either beginning to think about losing weight, or are wanting to finally let that six pack show. Essentially, we’ve built this website in our spare time to help you.

Let us also say that NONE of the websites we recommend we own. So you don’t have to worry about us promoting our own stuff.

We really hope you get something out of this blog. We’ve had alot of fun putting it together and maintaining it so we hope you have as much fun using it.
