Hello and Welcome to the Health and Fitness with Motivation blog! This blog will serve as a temporary service to you as we are working on a real website that we hope will be the only source you need to stay healthy and fit!

First let me give you a little back story on us and why we have elected to put all this effort into this blog and the upcoming website for you. So let me introduce the team. Health and Fitness with Motivation is created and maintained by myself, Brett Ranton and my partner in crime Sarah Reynolds. Together we share a wealth of experience in both effective weight loss methods and also effective workout plans among other things. We came together because we believe we have the information to help people out there who are either beginning to think about losing weight, or are wanting to finally let that six pack show. Essentially, we’ve built this website in our spare time to help you.

We really hope you get something out of the upcoming website and this blog. We’ve had alot of fun putting it together and maintaining it so we hope you have as much fun using it.

We know you’re not here to hear our life story. So we’re going to get working on some content for this blog.
