Merely thinking of the two words “lose weight” is enough to send most women into a panic attack. Companies all over are cashing in on women’s fear of their increasing weight and their fear of when or if it will stop. The fact of the matter is, all you need is a little bit of motivation and a little bit of willpower, and the battle will become a whole lot easier.
Most have tried but many have failed to successfully lose weight and in turn gain confidence in every day life. Failed attempts create uncertainty in your mind and ultimately end in a result that is the exact opposite of what you intended. The key obviously becomes, do not get discouraged! If you have bought a program or followed a books instruction or signed up to a weight loss clinic and actually put the effort in, then it is not your fault! These companies have put together a product that simply doesn’t work for you. This doesn’t mean that these places are a big sham, but sometimes it all comes down to a bit more than “stop eating pizza for a month.”
Ok then, where is this motivation going to come from?
The answer to this question would have to be different for everyone. There has to be a driving force behind your efforts that keeps you going or gets you up at 6am to go for a bike ride. One of the huge sources of inspiration for many would be your children. Many people get the inspiration just by thinking of their baby and the fact that they won’t be able to go outside and play catch or kick a football with them when they grow up. So this brings up the point: If you can’t do it for yourself, do it for someone else!
What can I do?
Take action! Simple. But don’t do it alone! You need help and you need a guide to follow from someone who has done it all before. This does not mean you have to get sucked into a plan that just isn’t right for you. Simply click below for what I’d personally recommend.
Whatever your course of action is, don’t deviate off course and don’t forget your inspiration. Because that in the end is what is going to get you to your goal.
I recommend you read this inspirational story… especially if you now have a little one running around calling you “mummy.”
